When driving along national or provincial highways, yellow markers can be seen along the right side of the road if you are driving towards south; thus, if you are driving towards north, one has to check out his left for the marker.
How does one read a marker:
- The upper number refers to the distance between Luneta (just in front of Rizal Park monument) and the marker.
- The single (sometimes double) letter refers to the first letter of the next town.
- The number below the letter is the distance between that marker and the zero marker of the specific town.
