the old building of Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). In the ’80s, the said building hosted to Ministry of Human Settlement lead by the former first lady Imelda Marcos.
If one can travel along the Maharlika Highway, the same type of building architecture can be seen on some Bicol towns. Apparently, the former first lady loves uniformity (?).
The DSWD building formerly hosted the MInistry of Human Settelment in the 80s. It's located along Alegre St., Brgy. Balogo.
